The supplementary pension company was created by a transformation from supplementary pension insurance company in 2006. The original supplementary pension insurance company DDP LIPA was created in 1999 and after the entry of Swiss capital in 2002 it was active under the name DDP CREDIT SUISSE LIFE & PENSIONS. AXA d.d.s., a.s. manages three supplementary pension funds.
It provides supplementary pension savings with primary focus on high quality client service. It is the most dynamically developing supplementary pension company in Slovakia.
